I ordered the bolts from allensfasteners.com and I got the red washers off of ebay. There is a DIY on here somewhere for them too.

Not that hard . I got my washers from here.

http://www.probolt-usa.com/aluminium...s.html?cat=773

Slightly expensive than others but great quality. and it is not like you need a bucket full. Mostly M6 and some M8. Strutbars are M10. And in the DIY it gives you the sizes.I got the bolts from Allenfastners as well. they ship very quickly. oredered sunday, here on wednesday from California. not bad. If you seem confused, just look at the guide list and buy 3 or 4 extra of each of the M6, M8 and M10 Bolts.
They are cheap. Once you take a bolt out you would know right away the size that goes back in. Only thing is for the top of the plenum, if you have a DE without plenum spacer you need 4 M6X1.0X60 and 3 M6X1.0X50 not 45.
The 45s seem a bit too short compared to the stock bolts. Might fit but 50s are better

hahaha, yeah, they're pretty good i suppose. Thats just my running around set up. There is still plenty of motor left, more room for additional boost too. Maybe at some point we'll crank it up and see what she'll throw down, but I already have traction issues on the dyno, even with VHT, so we'll see. Glad you guys like. I'll see ya'll at ZdayZ if your going.

Has anybody pieced together their own titanium hardware kit for under the hood, what supplier did you use?

Pro-Bolt has everything on my list so far, but their prices are way higher than what the guys who sell packaged kits are if I put one together myself. There has to be a better source.

I've got the money sitting here for a kit, I would have ordered one from the guys who make kits for our cars already, but I'm getting sick of waiting for the people who offer kits to return emails..

Just did up a cart at pro-bolt, it's about $420 to do the equivalent kit that ballerbolts and dressup bolts sell in the $200 range.

@350Z_Al, a club member of mine just did a dressup kit using allensfasteners.com. He went with a stainless steel kit and is going to powdercoat them himself. I think he spent under $40 for all of the bolts. If you want, here is a guide on how to titanium burn things..

I read that thread too. I'm looking for titanium screws in a dome head/button head style with a flat washer underneath. I prefer that look over the aluminum concave washer and countersunk stainless screw. Basically what baller bolts and dress up bolts sells.

I'm expecting to spend a few hundred bucks, but I'd like to do the body bolts under the hood (aprox 80pcs) as well as the intake plenum screws, throttle body screws, timing cover screws etc etc..
