I'm going to get the Vertex Half Lip kit soon and wanted to get an opinion from u guys. Do you think painting the very bottom of all the lips black will look good? My car is PPW and I think if the whole lip kit is PPW it would just be too much White. What do you guys think?

Another Vertex car is coming to the Bay Area January 2006 =)
My car is going to get worked on by my audio sponsor right in a few weeks and by the time it is done, the Vertex kit will be in and I can finally get that put on! Woo, 3 months of waiting is almost over =D
Watch out for the Vertex tag team in Norcal, me and GTNPU Z =p

hahaha a director of mine was actually "trying" to reverse my car and ended up putting in sixth gear and went forward... i think one of the few if not only carbon fiber front lip from vertex.. that thing was not cheap.. ANYONE wanna buy my cracked cf lip? its not completely cracked all the way through.. hehe.. but one thing i must say, tightest and nices weaves i have ever seen.

Yeah, I dont know how many cars Vertex makes CF parts for but the 350Z is def one of the few. How long did you have to wait to get that piece?
And did you get any cash for the damage or just an, "oops, sorry?"

Oh, and hey, how do test pipes sound with an aftermarket exhaust? I have some test pipes on my OEM exhaust and it doesnt sound too pleasant from 3-4k RPM but after that it sounds badass.
Im hoping it cleans things up for the exhaust tone when I get a full catback and headers =(

yeah he paid for the whole lip.. to get a new one... and i waited a lonnnnggg assss time for it.. id say at least 3-4 months... at least... and the test pipes are cool, but from 3k-4k yeah.. its bleh. it sound loud from what my friends say, i dont think so but they claim it to be looouudd

Do you still have rasp from 3-4 even though you have a catback?
And thats cool, atleast he paid for the lip. Waiting 3-4 months is normal wait time for any Vertex product unless it is in stock. I have been waiting about 3 months too for my stuff =p
