those aren't works.....they are actually racing hart cph tune r's in black....very rare jdm wheel....
i do like the works also,,,,....and the ssr professors.....they all have a similar look to them..

Yes, it's a custom. One of I think 4. Hand made from parts from Burns Stainless. The front of the system is long tube headers. And, did I say LOUD!
