I gotta say I totally agree. The only entertaining part of that video was the engine revving. Ive done cooler **** in my i30. I cant believe I wasted the electricity it took to view that...

But if we are straightforward, rather than being fake kiss-***, he will put some work and guess who will be the ultimate gainer..? HIM..
Point taken...

There's a difference between constructive critism and just plain critism.

If you were really trying to help the guy you'd offer advice where you saw lacking.

Just a thought....

When you say that he doesn't know how to shift properly, are you referring to his holding the stick like a, um, joystick? Everything I have read said that you should have your hand on top of the the stick with the ball slightly off center from your plam. Also that it is mostly a wrist action, not a pull your whole arm/shoulder back action. And lastly, to only have your hand off the steering wheel when you are shifting, never rest it near/on the stick. I am guessing this is what you are all reffering to right?

Don't mind porshekiller... he just hates on everybody... look at the off topic section where danimsta started a thread just to post some pics... porshekiller just gets on there and replies with "no offense but it seems like your showing off everything you have ...BLAH BLAH BLAH" that kid does nothing but hate on everything in the world hahaha so don't mind him... nice vid tho...

Hey, I think it's great that you made a vid and posted it. I love checking out everyone's pics and vids but when watching the vid i did notice the way you shift. Holding the stick has nothing to do with it, you can shift any way you want. It was on the down shifts. It sounded like you were just selecting a lower gear and letting the cluch out before you accelerated. If that is the case you should look into "double clutching" it's much easier on the car and much safer esspically in the rain. But hey that's just me. I aggree with you, it's your car so drive it the way you want.
