The pictures themself suffer as they taken with garage lighting meaning the wrong color balance, low contrast, and odd (ugly) reflections/shadows.
On the two outdoor shots of the Z the photo is taken into the sun meaning its a pictures of shadows with blown out highlights ... unless that was the intent.
I do like the picture of the STi on the cobblestones.

I dont know what is so nasty about this cars i think they are very nice. I thought the pictures were going to be from some riced out civics or something like that not a 06 subaru and a Z i like them both.

Closer gear ratios
different suspension setup
different differentials
slight different tuning (My assumption, My friend has a stock STi and the Defi guages have different boost readings) My car is also WAY faster than his somehow. Same year same everything... dun know what that;s happening.
I think that's about it for mechanical differences. The rest is just looks.
