It's not PS. the road was plowed by various trucks' tires that were at the top of the hill. I was able to go up and make a u-turn then come back down to shoot the pics.

**EDIT** The main road was plowed by a plower just as we went up. there is some dirt but it's just a light film of dirt/water spots; you can spot it on the original pics.

Thanks hndumafia. That's the JIC Ti single exhaust and those photot's were taken on Angeles Crest Highway.
