I started around 7:00 pm on Friday night. I was done around 2:+ on Saturday. It was an easy bolt on guys, the first time might take a couple of hours. If I have to do it again, I'd guarantee it finished in 5-6 hours. The most complicated part was to deal with the V-Clamps. Even though they work pretty well, they aren't easy to deal with. Also mounting the turbo onto the downpipe, and the manifold's flange at the same time, tricky job, can't tighten any of the screws until they are all threaded at least once or twice...

The piping is easy, the intercooler is cake, cutting the bumper is cake (dremel), you don't have to cut the bumper, IMO it just helps the airflow to the IC, and looks better. The other part that I think its a bit of a headache, rerouting the powersteering cooler. You have to route it to the passenger fenderwell, no longer will it sit in the front. Many lines will go, and won't be used again. The fuel pump was tricky as well. Car runs great on stock ECU, sent it out for Turbonetics Reflash, I'll let you all know how it runs when I receive it.

$100.00 takes the test pipes. They are great quality, I'll post some pictures tonight. Plus shipping if you are not local.

They are str8 through, They are alphawerk test pipes... (http://www.nexusindustry.com/alpha_v3_testpipes.htm) Shipping should be around 15-20 bucks. I will include the non foulers to remove check engine light, already prepped and drilled for the 02's.

I got my ECU back from turbonetics today. The car runs insane. I love the pull, the torque is there, tires spin off assphalt easily.

I'm having two problems.... any turbonetics freaks might know of this. My check engine is on, I resetted it, and it came back. The other problem, the starter spins alot before starting the car, it takes at least 12-15 spins before it start, any reason why it isn't cranking fast?

I killed my battery twice today, and had to get jump started... HELP!

looks nice! my only complaint is the "spearco" - you should have an option without the writing - sounds like a knockoff of "sparco"

actually, spearco is a well known intercooler mfg so i don't see anything wrong with that.
Having SPARCO on the intercooler would look kinda silly too

No special tools, other than one to remove the AC line. Other than just regular ****. I have instructions if you need them.
