actually rather then rivets or screws, wouldnt some gorilla glue do the trick or maybe some 3M double sided tape. Thats what i would like to do with mine.

I used gorilla glue on mine (in additon to the screws) and overnight the damn glue dripped down my bumper. I was able to chip it off though.

Moral of the story: use very little glue!

I just recieved mine from Evo-R, install was easy, just make sure you cut into the bumper slow with the razor. It looks good fitment is perfect, now all I have to do is get it painted.
