eh...
The promo picture makes it look decent.
But then on the car itself with real pictures it just doesn't look good. The Z is a stocky sweet muscle car. It's aston martin meets japan. It just doesn't look appropriate, it gives the Z an uncharacteristic open feeling. The Z at times sort of reminds me of a Porsche, especially on some angles and with mods to the spoiler and body kit. But to try to make it look like an aston martin is sorta ridiculous. Right along the lines of putting SUV rims on it or one exhaust tip.

+1, black out everything except the horizontal grill bars.
the vertical grill bars also stand out too much

Other people have brought it up already, and I agree that it would look a lot better if:
1. The "mesh" grill was painted black
2. The vertical bars on the billet grill were painted black
3. The front bumper support bar thingy was painted black
4. There were better wheels and tires (and something with a better offset)
5. It was the WHOLE kit
6. There was the DAMD emblem on the front <--- eh, I guess you don't NEED to do this since if you do 1-5 above it'll look a LOT better anyways
The items listed above sound like you need to change a lot of things, but really, 1-3 are very minor/subtle things that would make a world of difference. New wheels/tires should probably be feasible to do as well. But anyways, props to your friend for trying something new! I don't recall anybody installing the DAMD kit! Keep us posted!

Hey guys step 1 and 3 is getting done for sure. he didnt notice it until he put the bumper on. Dont know about the vertical bars. I will tell him that and see how he feel. As far as the whole kit, well we both didnt like it to much. The only other thing we like was the fender from the kit. Well if yall know anything about this kit, it is very expensive. For what he pay for the front bumper you can buy a couple of full kit. Not even going talk about the rest of the kit. That why he didnt get. If you guy know any side skirt or rear bumper that will go good with it..please post pics. Thanks for all the advice.

You can possibly use C-West/ZeroSun sides (and maybe rear). It should be cheaper than the DAMD.

Paint everything black except the front of the horizontal bars. You need to paint the tops and bottoms of the horizontal bars to reduce the reflection on each other. It would look wayyyyy to nice.
