Well, IMHO, I think going with the +17/+18 offsets would stick out too far past the fender unless your car is seriously slammed with some negative camber. Plus, you will definitely need to roll/cut your fenders for clearance. In addition, with city parking, aggressive offsets like that would be more prone to curb rashes. When I replace this set of tires, I will most likely go with 265/30F and 295/30R and just roll the rear fenders. 255/35F just doesn't fit the rim like I want it to and 285/35R just looks a bit too chunky.

Just detailed her over the weekend using Meguiar's NXT stuff. IMO, not as great as Zaino, but time saved was pretty significant. Then I applied some wheel wax to the rims and they are absolutely GLEAMING. I'll try to post some more pics in a bit.

I have a set of the ti-gunmetal gt-s in +18 offset that I have ready to go on the car... I want to run a 295-305 in the rear but everyone is telling me that I need to go with a +28 in order not to rub. I don't have a problem with cutting/rolling the fenders, but with my HP goals i need to be able to run the wider tire. I really wanted to use the agressive offset, but if I have to run a 275 (which is what I have now) then I will go with the +28.

Here are 2 pics of the wheels that I have now. Speed Star D5Rs.

As I said in the other thread, you will rub big time and stick outside of the rear fender. Search on what ppl are running with these offsets. MOST are going with 275 tires, some with 285. You will be making the biggest mistake by getting the +18 rear offset if you are planning on using 295/305.
