ONE MORE KID WITH A SE-R ALTIMA TRIES TO RACE ME IM GONNA JERK THE WHEEL OF MY CAR RIGHT INTO THEM. No offense though bro i really like the altima se-r its just all the 17 year olds in my neighborhood have em and they constantly try to cut me off at lights and race me.

Thanks for the replies guys...

As for "one more kid..." Trust me, thats NOT me.. First off, I'm 25, not a kid... Second, street racing is retarded... I'm glad you're cross country from me because there are VERY few Altima SE-Rs around here... And I hate seeing my car... I can't imagine how you see a bunch of them! That would irritate me!!

And wtf 17 year old can afford a $33K car? Thats nuts!

As for getting raced on, every time a ricer sees me, then they see the red R on the back, they ALWAYS try to race me... Aggravating...

Anyway, thanks for the replies..

They are a nice car I just sold mine and bought my Z. I had a 2005 Black 6spd.

Yep, I'm hooked on it. And it has made me want a Z pretty bad... Hopefully in a couple years I can look into buying a Z as well.. Would be a nice combo to have in the garage.

My boy has one and those are pretty nice. I like the look and the agressive exhaust note. The only thing I'm not fond of is the increase in size. I like smaller four door sport sedans myself.

nice ride bro... my brother has the same exact car... he's not as quick as the Z but off the line its pretty quick. but ur right it is a nice blend of performance and luxury. but i think the best part is being able to have space to put all the girls in u know?

Hmm, as for the size, yeah, it is a big car, and even on Eibachs, it still feels a little boaty, but I honestly don't mind it. I've gotten used to it and I really like it now..

As for being the perfect blend, I agree. That is still the single biggest selling point for me on the car. And yes, a nice big back seat is a great place to put all the girls..

$35k for a Altima? I would of definatly bought a G35 Sedan instead for that kind of money... Actually I think I would of bought a used G35 Sedan over the Altima for $25k... But thats just me...

Altima se-r would be better if it had more performance parts other than that the Z is beter but not stock vs stock altima will kick ***

Eh, if I wanted more luxury, I would've got for the G35... But, I wanted something a little more sporty, more of a sports sedan... The G35 is more of a Touring Sedan...

If I wanted more sports car, I'd have gone with a Z or G35 Coupe, but I really wanted something with 4 doors, comfort, and a quiet, smooth ride...

To me... The Altima was the best contender for what I wanted..

Yeah, the Altima SE-R does have a limited aftermarket, but that doesn't bother me. As for stock vs. stock, the Altima is definitely NOT better than the Z. One of the Z guys at the track yesterday was running a 14.1 bone stock, as where I was running a 14.5... If I had the 6spd, I might be a little closer, but even still, the Altima can't out perform the Z.... No way...

(Unless we're seeing who hauls more groceries...).

I actually bought a silver '06 SE-R. The next day, I brought it back and got the Z. Only reason I was able to do that was because I know the finance guy. Bought the SE-R because it had more room, more equipment (6 disc, sunroof, etc...) and cost less than the Z. When I got home, I felt horrible about buying another FWD car. I hate FWD. So, I brought it back the next day.

Yea, now that I have been spoiled with RWD, I cannot stand FWD either.
