My tivo catches various shows for me, and I just watched the MotorTrend 2003 car of the year episode - with who else winning but the badass 350z. - I have a computer behind my tv with an ATI radeon 8500dv video card in it that gets a signal from my tivo, grab the ATI RF remote - hit record - and instant mpeg2 video!!!

Video is very good quality - and about 70 megs.

For all the bose haters out there - they actually say in this video "with an audio system that will rock your world" ?!?!?!? Maybe your 3rd world!!!

I got confused there for a second thinking Motortrend changed their decision from the G35 to the Z. FYI, it is Motorweek.

It won't play for me either, it tries to download the codec but fails to play. HEEEEEEELLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!

 

try winmediaplayer 9 or go to www.divx.com. here's another thing, if anybody body got some free webspace i can upload a clip from that show fastlane. the ep. where the z is on it. it's about 70mb. so i need a big space. let me know! early thanks

 

Codecs are more readily available by searching Google for "mpeg2 decoder".

Just download one, and it will play fine.
