that's a pretty decent looking camera.. it's tough taking pics at a meet.. too much stuff happening all around.. people and other cars getting in the way of the perfect shot.. but you seemed to do pretty well!

mike, thanks for the compliment, I'm learning, I was told you are a pro with SLR's and photography. I haven't used the manual mode on the camera yet. I've only gotten as far as apperture priority.
I've noticed everyone uses Nikon's and Canon's. I know they are great cams and perhaps better then the olympus. I hope I made the right purchase, it seemed right with the money, it came with both the 14-55mm lens, and the 40-150mm lens. I hope I got a good cam, so far it looks great and I'm happy with it.

The Olympus E500 is fine, it's just that it doesn't have as large of an OE lens selection as does Canon and Nikon, nor does it have the high ISO image quality as Canon but for day time car shots, it's a moot point.
