I am distracted by the background. I'm not drawn to the subject. Better framing would be good. I'd go for a whole different perspective. Maybe just a portion of the car.

 

It looks like the M3 just marked its territory. Check the pee stains lol.

Nice pic. I agree with some of the others re: background.

I would try cropping the original so that there is more space in front of the car than behind. Try putting the subject a little off-center. (Rule-of-thirds) I think it will make a big difference in the feeling of the shot. The car won't feel so still.
