This is the best thread I've ever read. I am laughing so loud that I am crying. My dogs are looking at me like I have lost my mind. Like they say there is no accounting for taste But you would not think that the same person that would be attracted to the 350Z would be attracted to these seats

Default New Suspension

So do these seats qualify as active suspension? Awesome now I have a fix for the bouncy porpoise ride!!!!

I wonder if you can get them with air ride control like the air bags for suspension....

Is this just a joke? No one could keep those on a 350z for real right?

Has anyone tested these to see if there was a horsepower increase?

YES they were tested ......and these seats caused a 100% HP loss to the butt dyno due to excessive padding.

Thumbs up

Hey all, my uncle used to do the same thing. Buy a new car every three years until he hit is 70's and then cover the seats with the most god awful material one could ever find. The guy was so cheap he used to sharpen razor blades so he wouldn't have to buy new ones.

However, when he died at 94 last year, with the cheap covering still over the seats of his 1977 Bonneville Coupe, I inherited the thing and it is just like new.

Bottom line to the poster is those puffy things on your seats are kinda funny, but perhaps you will have the last laugh.

Talking

I just read the entire post as well as the link regarding this guy's stereo system. First, let me retract my comments regarding his possible intent to keep the car nice. This guy is a one man destruction crew.

Next thing he will probably do is put a porta-potty under the Z bar in the trunk. Or perhaps sticjk an antennae through the middle of the roof for his new JB Stereo System.

Dufus is to kind, but how in the heck can you drive this car fast without decent seating.

Can't wait for his next project; he has injected a great deal of humor into this board.
