The Eibachs aren't bad, better ride than stock. No bounce on the freeway. Ive had sprint springs as well on other cars and your right, they kicked azz. Great bang for the buck. If you do lower it be prepared to get the camber arms and toe bolt to correct the camber.

 

Yea, gotta do the camber....tires aren't cheap. Had Ingalls on the civic when I slammed it. Not sure who makes them for the Z. Doesn't matter cuz I'm so broke I can't afford to pay attention until after christmas.
