Default PIC request- Installed Intakes please! CAI,POPCHARGERS, ECT...

Hey guys, Just wanted to see if we could get a bunch of different pictures of the engine bay with your intake setup. Maybe list brand, style and what not, and if you like it or not. Thanks!

stock intake is the way to go.. especially the 06 stock air-box...it works just as good as a popcharger if you change the OEM filter to a high-flowing one.

sokudo916, which high flow oem filter did you change to? I may do that first before getting an aftermarket intake. Feel any significant gains?

Quit being lazy.

Sorry there isn't a post exactly like what you dreamed up when you posted this. But you could have gone to the mods post, looked at all the intakes and then did a search...title only maybe...for the intake you were interested in and then bam...there are your pictures.

So if you still want to try what i suggested above, this i will give you a little jump.... HERE is the Aftermarket Products List that is STICKIED in the Engine, Drivetrain & Forced Induction section. Just go down to the Intake section and have fun.

edit...here is what i have.

I know, the search sucks on this forum, but I don't have too many opportunities to post that pic anymore

It looks really good but i throw the pop-charger on when i go to the track and i leave the Gruppe-M scoop to get more air up there. I might do a dyno comparison one day of both...not anytime soon unless someone sends me $50 to do it.

Took me a minute but i figured out what you were talking about....the pic i used isn't my car, it is just the quickest pic i could find of the intake. I don't have an air diversion panel yet....i'm waiting for a varis to come up for sale.
