You can browse for the file at the bottom of the reply screen if it is small enough. Not sure what the size limit is but if it doesn't show up when you preview the post, it was too big.

If the file is too big, you can still attach it but it must be someplace on the internet, like your own website. If this is the case, paste the link of the picture into the box that pops up when you click the IMG button above the window you type your posting into.

I have some pictures that I took with my digital camera, but the resolution is too high.

How do I lower the resolution of a picture I already have down to 640x480?
