The term "played out" is so abused. People buy the rims because they look good. People don't buy the rims because they're ugly. It's pretty simple. So you either have "played out" pretty rims or "not played out" ugly rims. I'm glad that I got the WORK S1 instead of Volks GTS or GTC. Now those are seriously "played out".
PS: I'm glad that I'm not from CA. I haven't run into Z in the area with the same rims yet. WOOHOO!
