Good move, you're going to need the extra braking at the Dragon! I hope to get down there this year. How much for the rotors?

190 shipped. Anyone know where I can get some good prices on SS lines?

Lucky guy. Nice purchase, as the stockers suck pain and simple. I hope to replace mine soon. Good luck at the Dragon, probably will need it less with the new brakes.

This will be my 3rd year on factory original non-brembo brakes. They started to fade a little last year. Hopefully I'll be alright for this year. Maybe I'll put off painting the body kit and get some new pads and rotors.

I did zdayz 05 and 06, 05 with stock everything and 06 with duralast rear rotors stock everything. I rarely used my brakes on the dragon, I just used the trans to do a lot of the work for me since you really never get out of 2nd gear much and I hate no fade at all. These are just to hold me over until I get my BBK or my c6 haha

whoa!!!! Those 2 upgrades are huge in itself. Just replacing the stockers would be a huge deal for me, much less than a new Corvette.

Got a nice raise, part of the gm x-plan now and the 05-07s will drop in price when the 08 with something like 30+ more hp comes out, so we'll see

Hey Push, haven't seen you on the boards in a while. Are we ever gong to have a Cincy get together for the Z's? I know there are a few of us around. Last year at the dragon it wasn't my brakes that gave me fits but boiling my clutch fluid sure did. Nothing like going into a hard turn on top of a mountain and having your clutch pedal stick to the floor on a downshift to 2nd.

I've been lurking for a while but haven't done much posting. I was contemplating selling the z for a while and getting a c5/c6. Now that I have decided to keep the z for at minimum a DD I've become more active. I'm planning on trying to set up a date in the near future for a z bbq/install day somewhere to prep for zdayz. I know I'll have SS lines/rotors/fluid/pads and possibly hotchkis springs/sways to go on. Stay tuned to the north central section for updates, or hit me up on aim at push350z.
