Because of this post, I just purchased one of these bad boys!!! Can't wait to get it installed!!!! My question though, as the 07s are new and parts are hard to find, does anyone know for sure that the mounting kit for the 06 will work for an 07?

Thanks in advance. Can't wait!!!!!!!

yup, it will, its just a bit annoying to do, well, 03-05s are too, but the 06s, just tell the installer not to install the double din trim kit the normal way, cuase thent he unit sits too far back and it doesnt look right...

Nice. I'm REALLY jealous of the ipod integration feature!
Damn my N2 is getting old..maybe I should just get the D3 too!
Does it come with steering wheel attachable remote?
Is is compatible with the voice command feature?

No I'm not talking about factory voice command; it doesn't have one.
I'm talking about compatibility with pioneer voice command mike you buy separately.
I use it with my N2, so there should be one for yours too.

i dont believe the D3 has voice command feature, the D2 didnt, i dont see why the chaper D3 would.

steering wheel control you can get via the SWI-PS adapter from PAC audio...you dont need the little steering wheel mounted remote control anymore...though if you must have it, i do believe you cna fget it for the D3 as well
