Paint match is way off and the lip fitment looks weird.....

Negative son. A good deal would be a paint job that matches the car. It's a nice lip, but the only thing I notice is the color that is off. either re-do it, or get rid of it.

Looks superb. Love the V1-style lip. I used to have the genuine Veilside V1 on my 03 Z until a raccoon killed it bad...
