The "Look what i got TODAY!" Thread! Post them up guys!
Thanks for the props, guys!
Jay: I actually looked into that at some point, but what I want is the side fixation design of the double hump Asuka without the 'humps'
, just kind of OEM style.
I wonder if something like that has been made avaible since last I checked...

Why did you remove the CF hatch which would have went well with your current setup.
I know exactly what your saying. You want the roof to match the oem hood lines. Me too but no one ever will do it.

I've never had a CF hatch my friend... although I have entertained the idea as well, but I want to keep my wing and even though it is full CF I do not think it is light enough for that...
The moment someone makes the OEM roof (or something very, very close) with the Asuka fixation system, I will be all over it

Well I was going to go through one of the forum sponsor's but they ran out of this seat. So we used our american express points to "buy" it. I looked at the standard seats at babies r us and they did not impress me. I know they will "work" but the Recaro is top of the line. Also the Britax is one that is good. The Recaro has 5 star side impact rating and it has an head rest adjuster that you adjust with a turn of a **** instead of re-threading the straps.
I am pretty happy with the purchase and so is my son ( he likes to rub the upholstery with his fingers). The model is the Signo G2 Convertible. They sell it on Amazon, JCPenny's. I just wish I could afford some recaro's for the Z. Lol.

After changing the whole intake thing my car had shown signs of needing a coolant system burp. I had done that with the 'dealership' method and the problem went away from the most part, however a few days later I noticed that the temp gauge was going like 1mm above the usual mark (but not getting any hotter than that). I did some research and came up with the Lisle funnel thingy.
So I got one on Tuesday:
...and went through the foolproof procedure... and got out some bubbles I still had in the system! This thing worked like a charm and with no mess!
To test the results, I took the car for a 4 hour mountain run and temp never went over the normal level
.
And here's a pic I got out there today at about 7,000 feet... this road was a good test for the new suspension (which works great!). Although I said it would not happen, she ended up getting a drop, but this is about as low as she can go with the quality of the local streets and the multitude of speedbumps we have

Nobody seems to have seen it. Can't wait to see what FI route you'll take, and the results.Oh, yeah, get the Brides. You won't regret it. Makes a spirited run up the mountain even more enjoyable. Believe me, it's like your chick getting implants or something... you suddenly can't keep your hands off.
Z looks great Carlos reminds me of LeeMik's Z but still unique.
I went to Costa Rica back in 2004 and been meaning to go back ever since, I stayed in Jaco, but next time i will see more of the country. What part are you from?

C22: thanks! yeah... it has been a while since I posted pics. Believe me, I am itching to get the Brides and seeing all of those nice ones you guys have got does not help my self-restraint much
If I take the leap, you guys will be the first to know! By the way, love the chick's implant analogy! LOL!
waizz: thanks! that's sooo right: leemik's Z has been my role model all along and he was kind enough to answer some questions I had on the car and other stuff. In Costa Rica I spend most of my time at the Central Valley area (San Jose, Heredia, Alajuela, Cartago provinces) but it is a small country so you can be anywhere very fast.

I had you confused with another Redline member.. But the Seibon hatch is a great quality CF hatch you should consider which would still accomodate your CF Spoiler.
Thanks Adam! I can't wait too. It's been I think 4 months since I bought the new wheels from you, and I still haven't driven the car since then! I have to go out of town this week, but hopefully early next week I'll have everything installed! Thanks again for the great prices and great service!
