that sucks! but shouldnt you be taking that up with the shipping company? unless it left Evo-R like that, its not his responsibility. It clearly says fragile on the package and clearly the shipping company paid no mind.
Very true indeed. Only reason I didnt take it up with the shipping company first was because the corners of the actual spoiler weren't wrapped up at all.
It was basically a spoiler in a box with the very thin padding around 85% of it (mostly the center), but leaving the 2 corners with no protection. I think this is the reason it ended up stabbing outside the box.
I was going to take it up with the shipping company until Jay responded.
I know alot of people have had their fair share of incidents with EVO-R but in this case, Jay was very cool. He offered a refund on the paint job ($100) and apologized again. Very nice gesture on his part to take care of it when he could have told me the same thing, take it up with the shipping company.
^thanks, got rid of the rasp from my berks so I'm happy, its a nice quality piece all the welds were sexy and ground smooth on the inside for good flow same with the collector, fits all RWD VQs too
