Default My Ultra Yellow Z's new setup for track dayz [PICS] and M-Workz Time Attack 350Z TT

Here are some pics of the M-Workz Time Attack 350zTT (well, whats left of it)

Hopefully, we will get to see this car at Willow Springs track at the Super Street Event

On to my slow car
Tein MonoFlex + EDFC

New Porterfield R4 brake pads (my 2nd set) no pic

At M-Workz getting some chassis tuning

SPC Camber kits
Front Camber 3.1
Rear Camber 2.0
Corner balanced by Steve Mitchell of M-Workz
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Very knowledgeable, very skilled specially when it comes to the 350z!

Rota P45R 9.5" front with Nitto NT01 245/40/18
Rota P45R 9.5" front with Nitto NT01 w75/40/18
Tires cost more than the rims. No VDC issues obviously. These pics are taken prior to installation of the Tein Flex and chassis work/corner balancing

I will make a post/write up re: the set up after I take it again to the track with the current setup.

Track days comin up
Private Event @ Streets of Willow 06/30
Redline @ Streets of Willow 07/21
Speedventures @ California Speedway Infield 07/28 and 07/29
Private Event @ Buttonwillow 08/??
and more!

Cant believe I tracked the car with expensive Work rims. I was scared the whole time.

Nice! New setup looks hot and Steve's Z looks as far behind as mine does for the upcoming Time Attack lol. Thats comforting at least.

Really awesome pics man. I voted for your Z in the contest. Your UY is easily one of the best (out of maybe the 10 UY's) on this site!

thanks for the kind words everyone. I cant wait for my next track day. I didnt slam the car much at all. Honestly, there was just a .25" drop from my old eibach pro kit on the front and .50 on the rear. Not too much of a difference aesthetically, but more in performance and feel.

The car turns a lot more responsively. I believe it works well with the camber settings that Steve from M-Workz set it at. This setup is mostly for track use and not suitable for daily driving since tire wear will be affected. I dont really drive the Z much, just for meets and track days (to and from the track since I dont have a trailer) and some short drives. Of course, I use the S1 Meisters for street driving. Ride is pretty comfortable. The bounce is there but to me it is tolerable since I do have a raced out Civic with probably the stiffest suspension out there as well.

However, as I have mentioned earlier, I will do a full review of my setup after the track day on the 30th. I believe this will be a much more detailed review of this whole setup driving the car hard at the track and not driving crazy on the street (although I tend to do that sometimes, hehehe).

Thanks again everyone for your compliments!

paulie, ever since you went with the cwest kit instead, your car has been the most attractive UY Z on these boards, hands down!
