well me and my buddy lance went to Ohio to pick up his new rx8, its 04 touring model, hes got a stock wing on the way and the windows get tinted next week at line X...heres some pics i took today while i was bored...enjoy

Thanks for sharing the pics. It's nice to have a visual reminder every now and again of why I chose the Z over the RX8. : )

 

I test drove both and loved the precice handling of the RX-8 and the avalable rear seats. The looks of the Z are IMO better, but the big deciding factor was the gas milage. I guy I know has one and has about the same daily comute as mine and he is averaging only 14 mpg. I'm getting 22 with spirited driving. That starts to add up quick.

 

The Speed8 looks decent, my boy has one. He always trying to race, his excuse is the car performs better at higher rpm's!

 

boo RX8.. shouldv been turbo'd.. i miss my old series 4..

 

I do agree, it would have been nice if they had had a rx8 turbo model...which it would have also been great to had a turbo version of the Z too...kinna like bringin the old back with the new!

 

Kind like Vtech, but with out the switch over. No torque and power only at high RPMs. Still is a fun car to drive though. It revs like a bike.
