Default how the hell do you do this???

how the hell do you post high quality images on this site? in order to post any pics i have to take the quality down to crap. then they're not even worth posting?i've seen people post wallpapers and things, how do you do that?

use www.photobucket.com

upload the image there, and then copy and past the link here using the image tgs

i'll try image shack, i have used photobucket but the photos look like hell after they're uploaded. the crispness is gone, the colors are less vibrant, ect.
