Actually I believe it is the Top Secret Front Diffuser w/ some sort of CF center piece.

No. I did sand the back side of the lip to have a better fit. Carbon is easy to work with.

... just last weekend!:
As an additional note on this last pic, it is interesting how this lens setup seems to ´bend´ the back of the car... it looks as if the wheel had a pretty wild camber/toe setup
