Thanks guys, I'll definitely try those metal polishes... except maybe Rick's secret sauce... lol!

 

Haven't tried it, I stopped using eagle 1 products after I used one of their tire cleaners on my corvette and it turned the sidewalls red.

 

So... all it takes is sanding down the plenum with a sander, then polish it with metal polish?

 

It takes alot more than that. After about a year of practice, I have it down to a 12 hour process. 12 continuous hours. It usually take about a week to finish one even with the best tools.
