Me & rpgonzalez playing in our band
Right on, man, got it and a CD is en route to your destination.
Was that the "Clash of the Titans" tour? Yeah, Mike Patton is insane. Last time I saw FNM was down here in San Diego at Soma, since closed down. It was a small show off their "King for a Day" album (FNM never did get super-huge, too bad) and I was just a couple feet from Mike as he went crazy, running around in circles almost the whole show.
Supposedly his use of PCP was legendary (hence the "Angel Dust" album), to which all I can say that his behavior was indicative of certain Real TV clips I've seen.
Sadly, I never got to see AIC live, even though they were one of my favorite all-time bands. Both times I bought tickets for shows they cancelled due to Layne's heroin problems. Too bad about Layne OD'ing and all, but I'm hardly surprised...

I thought FNM was going to be huge after hearing a couple songs by them early on.
I had checked out your bands site probably a month or more ago nizl, and it was then that I thought it would be great to see you guys jam, and have a half dozen (dozen?....more?) 350Z's all lined up at your show. Might be an additional avenue to get some exposure for the band too, especially if Z fever is running rampant at the time.
All this talk about music is going to make me dust off the old Grabber, plug in the 300w Carvin Stack, and start rattling the windows in my neighborhood!

Elton John, from Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, "Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding". Great songwriting on that album, and a few good rockers (for the time) too.
Scaf: Seeing you on that bass brought back another (this one a fond one) memory. Back in college my room mate had a bass in our dorm room. The only thing I could play was "Smoke on the Water" I drove him nuts that year with that tune!

Here is my proof
This is from their 2000 album. It is pretty much a staple on VH1. A little more comtemporary than Elton John.
