Default 2007 Z w/ 03 "Rays"

Bought the "RAYS" from here (thanks WREN) and had them refinished 'LIKE NEW'. Great Job by Wheel Technologies in Dallas, TX. This is what on 07 looks like with the 03 track wheels.

Those have always been classic wheels for the 350Z. Looking good.

Thanks ..tho

why did you take the stock 18's off not like them? i like them alot better personally. To each their own though. Drop and spacers would def. look alot better though.

Wanted something different. Those are the Forged 18"s. Much lighter wheel.

I like it, I would add some spacers for an aggressive look.

I've only had them on for 2 days so I'm not sure about acceleration, BUT I immediately noticed the car was smoother and more responsive. I don't know if it was the lighter wheel, or maybe the originals were slightly out of balance. First I wasn't sure but my wife stated that the ride seems "a little less rough".

spacers for sure, the lowering depends on how the roads are where you live

Yup Wheel Technologies are good. They are a vendor we use at Carmax. But the 19 inch G35 wheels that they had done for us was looking a little dull.

No, definitely noticeable in ride, but it very well could have been the re-balancing or the wheel. I'll say up front, I have no idea if they improve acceleration. If they did, it will be lost when the stereo (and dynamat) goes in. Additionally, I couldn't believe how many G35 wheels were at Wheel Tech. Must have been 10+ of the G35 Forged 19's. Some were beat to S**t. Makes you wonder, what do these people hit with their wheels?
