got my friend to paint it tehres about 5 coats of paint and 2 clear coats. hwo do i tint my back lights? and no my car is not dropped its the greddy kit

Spacers will push out your wheels a bit more so it will be flush with your fenders.
There are a few ways to tint the rear lights or any lights for that matter. For a less permanent solution, you can just get some overlays, but for a much better, but pretty much set in stone finish, you can go and buy some VHT. It is sold in a spray paint style can. You can adjust lightness and darkess by the number of shades you apply.
A few mods that come to mind that will make your car look more aggressive would be, springs. If you are adventurous, you can buy a set of Rick's Clear Strips for your Headlights and paint them black. Get some JDM Clear Marker lights for the front bumper, and / or fill the front emblem area.
