I have sparco sliders and sparco bracket. Bad part about this seat is it needs spacers to actually install the seat onto the slider so it raises the actual seat a little. The seat sits a bit high, especially for me since i'm 6'3.

I had that problem as well when i installed the pole position.
to lower the seat a bit (maybe an inch or so), i actually drilled some holes in the side mount brackets to drop the seat, and put some spacers in to keep it steady. depending on your seat/brackets, they may allow for some manual adjustment.
another guy on this board, EDIT** screen name Stretch (silver z, completely gutted), actually had his floor re welded so he could sit a few inches lower. he's well above 6 feet tall and i remember i could barely see over the hood when i sat in his car (i'm 5' 10).
just throwing some idea's out there as i know how it feels to sit really high in a car when you should feel nice and low.
