to big al's credit it looks like he wasnt the original poster of the pics...also to big Al's credit, Ive seen worse looking cars with zero performance mods.


definitly gotta de-credit big al for the car though...not feelin it. looks like a car from a knockoff chinese version of the fast and furious movie.

I think it's pretty pathetic to start a thread defending yourself, but whatever. Not everyone is going to like what you drive, what you wear, how you look, how you act, so on and so forth. Getting defensive about it makes you look ridiculous. So get used to it and get over it. As long as you like it, then don't worry about anyone elses opinion.

I don't think anyone was attacking you personally, but rather commenting on a very out of the ordinary car.

And please don't think that just because your car is unique, that it is well done or looks good. I could paint ***-holes all over my car in effort to look different, but in the end my car would just look like *** (no pun intended).

Also remember, that people are going to be BRUTALLY honest on an internet forum. I ripped on your car in the other thread, but I will freely admit that I wouldn't say that kind of stuff in person. If pushed i would admit that it wasn't really my style but that's probably about it. I also think that if the OP really did adress the issues that he stated at the beginning of the thread, the car goes from being "awful" to simply "not my style." A big part of the problem with the car as it was shown, was simply that it appeared to be poorly executed. Poor execution+not the tastes of most members = a lot of people hating on your car.

Seriously though, you should care very little what any of us think.

in truth the Veilside vr3 can never look good.....

specailly with the Veilside turbine wheels.....lol they add 100hp each

 

Im not a fan of the V111 kit or the ZR but if it was all one color it would look better imo.

 

LMAO those are easily the ugliest rims on the face of this earth, WTF were they thinking? Maybe the artists for need for speed were hired by veilside. I mean really, whats up with those sideskirts?

 

A poorly styled body modifcation like the Veilside V3 can't be justified simply because it has "other" quality mods. That almost speaks to the lack of style if the kit can only look good with accompanying high-price mods like ENDLESS or P.Mu and costly wheel modifications, or a high power turbo setup. If the kit can't stand alone good looking without all those high detail mods, then the kit is far from a success/"done right".

 

(Or they all have bad taste too)
