well for shopping centers, business areas, etc. there are usually multiple driveways and you get good at knowing which ones will and wont scrape you. But no you wont damage your frame. You can get some scratches on the underbody, sideskirts or bumpers, but nothing that will actually hurt the car more than cosmetically.
