Thanks guys. Always thought a duc is more of a "poser" bike until now. Really handles like a dream. Can't seem to emphasize that enough. Even compared to modern 600 jap bikes.
Thanks. In canada it's a little higher. About $18K OTD. I'm financing with $12K down...but I'm probably gonna just pay it off in 6 months or something. I just need to build some more credit...want to buy a house soon.
you can pick 848's up for about 12500. Don't know who sold yours to you and what extras you got with it, but it appears you way overpaid. Also, I hope you don't plan on riding this bike around town since there is no internal cooling on those bikes and they are known to burn riders' behinds lol
yes you can pick them up for about 12500 in the states. But as you can see by what you quoted, I picked it up in Vancouver Canada, where the MSRP is $16K. We get shafted up here... If you know where to pick it up for 12500 in canada, do let me know. I'll buy 100 of them and re-sell them.
devildoc: Jap 4's are fast, but for some reason, I can't pinpoint why, this is SO much more fun! So yes...I was a little tired of my R6. Sold it 6 months ago. It had about 6 G's worth of mods...mostly CF lol....
