Just a tip: you need to work on the exposure. Some pics are over-exposed, and some of them are under-exposed.

Good-Old Corpus Christi TX. I fished where you snapped pictures of the Skyline. I thought that guy lived in San Antonio or maybe its another skyline. Anways Next time I goto CC I will drive my car and we can have a photoshoot.

I didnt know people had cool cars in CC, last time I visited I didnt see one single modded car.

auto function is fine while you are just learning...You have different settings of AUTO for the D40 also, try a few of those out if its darker/lighter. And if you havent already...GET A TRI-POD! Make sure that the WB setting fits your situation...i think you can set your WB to a certain light and still shoot auto, Not certain though. I dont have an AUTO setting on my Camera, so its A, S, Or Full Manual.

Also try to focus manually instead of using the autofocus feature, if at all possible. Some of the shots seem a tad blury...not too bad for your first shots though...Just take time to SHOOT as often as possible. and TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES!

Some of the shots arent that bad though...

Check out MR. Xs helpful tips in the PHOTOG section...they are certainly worth a look. And powermarks action photog thread is also very informative, gave me a few ideas I hadnt though of for action pictures.

haha i knew it lol, i thought it was him, how is he i remember talking to him a couple of times when he worked at jacks here in town and the last time a heard he had the motor pulled and he was working at AT&T? i miss the car here though it was def. something you dont see

i know some people down there but the streets are ****!!! i swear my back was killing me after driving for awhile lol
