i cant wait till the day I get those. I too have wanted them forver. However going to college and owning a Z is hard enough. Plus I need some Bride Cuga seats and the harness bar first. Are you mounting yours on the stock seats or do u have racing seats?

Edit: Dude I just noticed you live in CT too!...maybe u can show me these in person man

whats the point of these? Are they only for looks? They are pointless without a roll cage, actually more dangerous than OEM belts...

What you mean only for looks. They arent pointless without a cage. Ill just get a harness bar and itll be set. I see these harnesses on many race cars.

A roll cage on a street car is more dangerous than just a harness bar. Granted a harness is dangerous and illegal in most states on street cars. Harness should only be used w/ at least a harness bar at the race track.

Those look great man.

You can compromise and get a roll bar. Which still gives you roll-over protection, but there are no bars to hit your head on in case of a impact.

Fixed back seats and harnesses with no roll-over protection are a bad idea.

Harness bar that acts as a roll cage? I don't think so. You don't get the point, which is probally why you are doing this.. but i'll let you in on some insight. Those harnesses work only with a roll cage / bar for safety,(yes I bet they hold you down when your turning) because OEM seatbelts are designed to make you fall towards the center of your car in event of an accident/ rollover. Try having those "racer" harnesses when your road racing and roll over, and the roof caves in on your dome. good luck with that... notice how seatbelts are angled a certain way depending on the left / right side of the car?? Whatever, its your car. Just stating the facts.

A roll cage on a street car is dangerous. But with proper 6point harnesses to hold you down so you dont go flying around in your car hitting all the bars can do what they were designed to do.

Either ya do it right or ya don't do it at all.

Even with proper harness and cage, I don't think it is safe for one to ride in a roll-cage equipped vehicle without a helmet...unless you want scrambled eggs for a brain when you roll!

I have struggled with how to get the benefits of a harness without the need for a helmet/cage. The best solution I have found thus far is a CG-Lock and good seats.

Beautiful harnesses though!!

Anyone know where i can mount the lap straps. there are 2 eyebolts and the instructions say put one in the oem seatbelt hole on the bottom near the door. but the side thats near the center console, i cant figure outwhere to bolt to. the bolts dont fit in the seat holes cuz they are bigger. I cant use oem bolts cuz the harnesses are latches an need to latch on the ring.

here is a picture of the eye bolts
