LOL, and I just got that trunk Saturday.

When you're poor, a $25 mod (that's how much I got the spoiler for) doesn't sound too bad.

 

Nice... for some reason though the tow hook looks out of place.

It does. But it also saved me from a front plate ticket.

 

OK, where are the 70-200 samples? The 50 1.4 is great, but you'll be hooked at 200mm for still car shots. The straight on front is great, but would have been even better at 200mm. It would have cropped out the pole and door.

Good job on the car though.

 

Looks great but please take the silly tow hook out of the front. Looks like its about to get towed.

Actually, I took the exact shot with the 70-200 at 200. And it did crop out the pole and rain gutter. BUT, I just couldn't keep my hands still enough and I forgot the tripod ring at home. With IS, the pics came out decent. But not as sharp as I would have liked if I had the tripod ring with me. I know, I know. Kill me now.

i've driven with no front plate for 6 years and never gotten a ticket. sucks that it happened to him, but id rather drive around with no plate and pay 10 bucks for a fix it ticket, then spend who know how much for an ugly tow hook. to the OP your car looks awesome.
