Rims will be rims, if people just want them for show, then go for it. If people really gived a damn about the authenticity then they can go shell out the money for volks if they want. Once again rota has produced a nice looking wheel that wont cost us normal people a pretty penny. Jump off the stupid "volks are supreme" bandwagon.

At Least come up with a original design. Most of these damn wheels are exact copies. People saying they are nice and crap. Gimme a break. Of course they look nice, they are exact copies of Volk.
You gotta pay to play. If you can't don't rag on Volks.
Work has some affordable wheels, Gram Lights, G-Games. All made by Rays Engineering are also affordable.
LOL @ the people saying they are hype and all.

To me it dont matter what brand you have or how much you pay for your wheels, its how you put a car together. Some people in here spend $2k-4k on their wheels and put bodykits and make their car look like A$$.

I look at it this way, you buy what you want and what you like. More than one place makes hamburgers. They look the same, but they may not taste or cost the same. Get what you want and move on with your life. Not everyone has the same taste, likes, or dis-likes.
The OP is not stealing customers from Rays if the customer was never going to purchase Rays to begin with due to cost. Hell, let him sell more of his Rotas and get some business. The way I look at it is that he'll make a living filling the market with lower quality versions at a discounted price while the rest of us who would rather have quality will know that ours are worth more and will hold value due to integrity. He's happy, they're happy, we're happy, and Rays will be happy to know that those who prefer quality will still go buy quality wheels like we always have in the past.

Im glad that Rota is still in business and puts out wheels sold at a reasonable price. The risk of damage with nicks, scratches, dents from potholes, curb rashes, and even theft makes buying wheels at $2000+ just not worth it. Your car could get totalled the next day or the wheels could be stolen. Risk always plays a big part.
