It depends on the price. Make sure you check the fluids and ask for maintenance history. Also check for Oil Consumption problem, if any, because DE motors have been known to have that problem. Most important, test drive the car and check for any frame damages. If all goes well my friend, it might be a good deal, again, depending on the price. Good luck.

Just wanted to add some more stuff to look for. Tire feathering problems on 03-05 Z's are fairly common. get the vin number and do a google search. Compare the vin number to see if it falls within the range. Transmission grind is another problem as well. Especially in 3rd through 5th gear.
