Yeah that picture was taken literally right when the shop was finished with all the welding...since then the heat shield has been removed.
Hi guys,
I'm new to single exhaust. I recently upgraded from my HKS knock off to JIC ti and MD Y pipe. I also have Strupp headers and Berk HFC. I have to say that my single is surely lighter in weight than the duals. You can pick up the JIC with a single hand and not strain at all. The duals were way heavier. Main advantage being weight, I'm very happy with the switch. I do miss how the duals sounded though.

Just thought I'd a video of mine. DC Sports headers, Japspeed Test pipes, Ichiba Y-Pipe, GReddy Ti-C single with the mid-pipe resonator removed

So I've had this question for a long time, I'm debating Greddy TiC and Custom HKS Carbon TI. I don't know what size piping to use 2.75 or 3inch. Which will yield more hp and torque? Also any losses, it seems the forums don't have much on this. I will be paring the exhaust with Ichiba resonated test pipes as well. I appreciate it, please reply with some form of answer. I have been looking at this for the last 3 months LOL!!
I went with a custom hks carbon Ti with 3" piping. Only reason I did it was because my japtrix y-pipe went from 2.5 inlets to a 3.0 outlet. I feel like I lost some torque due to it being 3" and me not being forced induction. I love the sound, people tell me its loud but I dont care im use to the sound. I also did it in hopes of going FI in the future

In for loudness!
