Took a quick picture, figured it looked nice, thought I would share Suspension is Eibach Sportlines springs, Tokico dampers, SPC f/r camber arms. I'm using 25mm spacers in the rear and 20mm spacers in the front. It is slammed more than I ever expected for springs, but it sits awesomely. This is how it should have looked from the factory as far as I'm concerned.





I know it's nothing special compared to what a lot of people have done, but I like it. I'll be shopping for some wheels fairly soon; I'm really digging the wide 18" look lately so I may go that route. But for now, this is ok.

 

i normally don't like just stock Z pics but this pic turned out very nice.

 

I had a set of 18/19 GT Rays for a while and then had them powdercoated, but I needed quick money so they were sold. But I have read posts of people wanting to see how spacers look with stock wheels, so I figured I would post this up.

 

Nice, I've seen people post pics of their car with poor offset wheels or/and ugly bodykits in the last week or so, for being stock your car looks way better. Sometimes less is better...

That's pretty low for springs, good job.

 

I wish my NF210 sat as low as the sportlines. I think the sportlines settle a lot more. Do you have any side view shots, to see the offset. Also are your headlights blacked out?

 

Anyone that says that the Tanabes and the Sportlines are the same drop are misinformed or simply don't know any better; the Sportlines are pretty damn low, and are where I would want the car to sit if I had coilovers. They may advertise the same drop, but mine sits slightly lower than my friend's Z who is using the Tanabes. For a budget suspension I think I did well; springs, dampers, front/rear control arms, toe bolts and spacers came out to a shade over $1000.

I don't have any sideview shots right now but I'll get some as soon as I can wax the car...the paint actually looks very rough, I just caught it with good lighting for that pic. The headlights are the OEM reeflective (not blacked out) with a cleared reflector.

 

makes me want to switch out my nf210s for sportlines..

Do you rub in the back with the spacers? Or did you get your fenders rolled?

Looks really good on stock wheels. I think you should keep it that way for awhile. I might just have to forget the coilovers and go for some Eibach springs instead.

 

no rubbing yet, but understand I work less than 5 minutes from my work and I have only driven there and home 5-6 times since everything was algined. I DID drive it home 45 minutes right after everything was installed (but no alignment yet, so serious rear camber) and no rubbing at all. All highway though.

As for finger gap...there is none to speak of. The top of the tire is actually just under the fender. There is absolutely no difference in ride quality with the spacers, I drove it home after the install at 75-80. I had the spacers on before I lowered it though, so I wasn't expecting any issues with that.

I'm one of the few on this site that actually likes these stock wheels I would much rather roll these and find exactly what I want in the meantime, instead of half-assing it with some Konigs or bullsiht like that. I have my eyes on some 18" Advan RGIIs, Work Emos or SSR Type-Cs. The guy selling those 18x9.5/+12 WMB Work Emo Kais has a GREAT price on them, but I'm not going to be able to purchase for another month or two unfotunately.
