Default 08 carbon silver. Volks + painted reflectors are new

19"- Gloss black gt-s's 9.5/10.5 + 17/18 offsets. Toyo T1-r's 245/35/19, 275/35/19
Reflectors painted matte black.

YES a drop is next. I hate the gaps, but my car is no more than 40 days old, so I need some time.
Any critiques welcome.

no joke, it is a big difference on the newer years. the reflectors can been seen from the front. on the older models they can only been seen from the side. cost me $10 bucks, so definitely a great mod.

that looks cheap IMO, like you're trying to hide the fact that they are stock. i'll wait a year or so to afford a BBK

thanks 1001, it was your side marker idea.

Every thing Looks good. Get a drop ASAP and good call on NOT painting your OEM brakes.

yeah, 6/10- the darkest ones.
they came out pretty good, but they are a big PITA to install. I even used heat and everything and i still have creases (hatch covers them) and a few air bubbles. but they are slightly darker than in the pics. i really like the look.

thanks, i am researching the drop now. there's a lot of different ways you can do it. basic coilovers/racing coilvers/springs+shocks etc.

im not a fan of the black GT-S for some reason especially on dark silver Z's. gunmetal would have been my choice. nice setup none the less. congrats.

I have been where you are, and in retrospect I should have gone
deeper on suspension - i.e. coilovers instead of springs. Tampa roads
are smooth enough. Go LOW. You'll be happy you did, and in the future
you'll want the versatility for tracking etc.

Great setup so far

I think you should have gone darker on the tailight tight. Otherwise, nice ride! Keep it clean...

thats pretty much the point. its not trying to act like you have a nice set of brakes, but trying to keep the eye focused on the wheels and not on the unsightly caliper. now painting it red/yellow/blue, thats a diff story.

to each there own though. good luck with it and def hold out for the coilovers.

I think painting the calipers with silver paint might give you the look you want too. Its not flashy, and its not like you are trying to hide them, but basically spruce up what you have! LOL.

LOVE THE RIMS...black on carbon silver or silverstone looks hawt. but if i had a choice i would still go with mercury silver. not feeling the reflectors at all..would have rather gotten them cleared or smoked...but thats just my opinion.

they match a lot better considering the wheels, grille, and tint are black. there is no clear anywhere on my car so it would look out of place just like the ambers did. and the tinted amber sides look bad b/c you can still see the amber.
