Going back to the OP, "aggressive" pertains to wheel offsets. When your talking aggressive, your looking to get the lip of the wheel as close to the fender as possible. A lot of people buy wheels and keep the height stock and it may appear to be aggressive, but to reach full potential, you need to drop your Z at least 1.5" to see how low of an offset you can clear. Also I've seen some people with bubble tires to compensate for the gap. That does not count, for instance I've seen some with 19" x 10" rears with 305 tires on high offset wheels. Closes the gap using the rubber but not the rim itself. Sort of cheating IMO.

I also start seeing the term "stance" in this thread. Stance in an overall look of a vehicle. Its a combination of wheels, body parts, and ride height.

To keep things short:
AGRESSIVE= wheel offsets (lip closest to fender, some with major tire stretch have gone beyond the fender)
STANCE= overall appearance (combination wheels, body parts, and ride height)

I agree, just not completely. Some cars when modded correctly can look aggressive. Even color can be aggressive, black is more aggressive looking than pearl white. Pearl white is "classy" as with silver. Certain mods including low offset wheels and large drops only adds to the look. Black wheels with low offsets can can further the effect.

Nitrouz's front end appears aggressive. I remember him saying something about his car making a kid cry at the gas station. lol (Hope you don't mind Nitrouz, just needed an example.)

Nope, i wasn't talking about wheels. I was talking about the overall appearence. Its like the word B!tch. it can be used as a female dog or a person who is a *****. The word aggressive can be used as many different things. The way i was using it was geared torwards the over all appearence of the car, not just the wheels. If i saw a murdered out Charger with a blower sticking through the hood i would think that car "looked aggressive" reguardless of the wheels.
