Kno's z
Hey Kno, I'm curious about the odometer reading with the new gauge cluster. I might be wrong but I don't think the ECU keeps a record of the odometer, meaning that each gauge cluster's odometer reading is unique to the car that it came from. So once you swap clusters your mileage reading on the odometer would be that of the donor Z you got the cluster from. Do I have this right?

i hate you Kno
really want new wheels too!!!!!! did you also got frustrated with cleaning those GT-S, because from the pic i can tell those are monoblock powder coated instead of the hugh polished/clear coated lips which will scratch so easily

post up pics once installed

Thanks
yeah I'm sick of the brake dusk build up on the rivets and between the spoke and the lip. Also the water acumulativo that filtered from the inner barrel to the lips which left water spots after every wash and rain. I had to use a leaf blower to dry it out then pass the shamy again. I got the 350z nismo rays for a bargain but I need to refinish them since they where under a wrecked nismo facing the asphalt.
I might be slowly morphing my z into an oem nismo. I always wanted one and apparently I got the hardest parts to find already Lol.

I want to refinish the wheels with its original color but with the whole theme of my car (black and orange) I'm not sure if looks ok. I might paint the front facia lip back to its natural grey color or do the wheels black. Hmmm I'm torn between both colors..

not sure about the color combo...i would prob. just leave them as they are (depends on how the complete car would look with all 4 nismo rims on)
