Love the car love the wheels congrats! How much did that thing run you?
I do however find it crazy how expensive these cars really are and you don't even get a nice Brake Package.
Still that NSX is pure sex always been one of my favorite cars out there!

I expected the tire/wheel sizes to cause quite a bit of controversey here. LOL. The NSX doesn't allow as aggressive offsets as the Z/G. I've been through about 4 sets of wheels when I had my Z, so 9.5" to 10.5" widths were the norm to me. However, I was shocked that I couldn't run similarly sized wheels/tires on the NSX (unless I went widebody). 215 and 225 (depending on offsets) are the only front tires that would not rub your fender liner on the NSX. 7.5" to 8" width is the max you would want to go. There are also a few that run 10 to 10.5" width rears, but they usually do not work well. 9'5" width with upper 30 offsets will get you a nice flush setup with 265's or 275's.
I did look at a silver/mercury silver finish, but they did not flow with the amount of black accents I had. Huge clash with my black diffuser, black front lip, black accents in the pillars, and spoiler (dark clearcoat). Gunmetal was a perfect medium for me. I'm sure many of you guys have seen my modified Z, so I try to keep things clean and thoroughly plan things as I have described above. Thanks for the comments! We all have different mod "tastes" and I like hearing ALL the comments, regardless if I like them or not.

People forget that the power delivery and weight distribution on these cars don't warrant such a wide tire setup.
Heck, even most of the NA 350z's on these forums shouldn't be running the tires we're running. People just obsess over it because of aesthetics and perceived security of having such a wide setup. (Hell, I've fallen victim to it...)
The front end of the NSX is less stubby than our Z's so you can't exactly dump the front and not expect it to kiss the bottom of every driveway. Unless you do air cap on top of coilover like the Roberuta setup.

You sir are driving my dream car as well! Well done, love the imola orange (I used to be a big honda fan before the Z). I've never had the chance to drive a NSX yet, but I'd love to hear your opinions on the acceleration/handling/braking differences?
