why is it that the audi cost so much. If they could lower that price significantly they would have a winner on their hands as far as sales are concerned.

actual retail is around 100k but dealerships "beef'd up" up the price due to demand.
(there is a waiting list)

Yea the TDI was cancelled, but the new r8 v10 is coming and you can be put on a list aready. Thatll take care of the problem that the r8 isnt really a great convo piece.
