More murder

dude EPIC paint choice man. I know you have very rare rims but you have to get something all black, it just doesnt seem to flow perfectly. Still looks great. this would be my first choice in paint. How managable is that paint? does it get really dirty? does it chip at all?

Thanks for all the input. I have heard many times that the wheels don't flow with the car. I don't really understand why not. Noone has said this to me in person. Having said that I have never really dug the polished lips and definitely plan on doing something about it. Whether I mod these or get new ones Im not sure. I definitely wont be getting TE37s they are just not quite unique enough for me. The other thing that will be changing shortly is the kit. I feel that a more aggressive kit would better match the paint.
As for lowering the car, I live in an area where that would be the demise of the car. We have horrible driveways and parking lots here. I scrape bad enough as it is. I am with you though that wheel gap KILLS me but we'll see. This isn't a daily driver so I really could get away with it I just know that I will scrape. I would be too stressed trying to drive it.
Im glad that you guys like the shaved handles and emblems we also shaved the radio antenna and rear wiper. I think that it really improves the Z and allows the lines to really be studied.
A for the paint its alot like gloss black it shows EVERYTHING. Its very difficult to keep clean. I would not recommend it for a DD. I think that because its instantly recognized as a custom color people automatically expect it to be clean and look good. As soon as its dirty it frustrates the eye cause you are used to seeing normal colored cars both dirty and clean but when you see a custom color and its dirty it looks like crap rather then "just another dirty black car". I don't know if that makes sense to you guys or not.

These are +17 and +15. I had to roll the fenders and people at Z meets always ask me what I am lowered on. When your stock and put on wheels that make people think your lowered, that qualifies as an aggressive wheel in my book.

I never use that stupid phrase "murdered out" when talking about my car, it was just the only thread title I could think of! But this car definitely fits the definition of murdered out (except the lips of course).

So what is your idea of aggressive fitting wheels? Lower offset? Bigger lips? I'm just curious cause alot of people have said that and I get all kinds of different answers.

Although matte black wheels or other color wheels would look better, your current wheels are ok. What you need to do is lower the car, and then run 10mm spacers front/rear.

The wheels are matte black. Thats the other one I cant get everybody mistakes them for gloss black or whatever. And I agree about the lowering there is just no way that I could lower that car. I wouldn't last long where I live.

one of the sickest parts of your car is the simplicity of the kit and the agresive looking paint, lights, and wheels. i think keep the wheels just paint the lips black and get some brakes. i dont even think you need to lower it.
maby throw a white pinstripe or something classy and old school on it and your set.

The car looks sick man, love the shaved handles. BTW what style is that front bumper, i know the nismo v1 is similar but the lower lip isnt flush mounted. Any help is appreciated.
