NY will probably catch up with the times soon. Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, and Rhode Island are legal medical marijuana states, so hopefully NY soon.

I agree the love of cars/motorsports in general mixed with herb is just a lifestyle. However, I do encourage responsible use.

is that a serious question? obviously that he publicizes weed and sells products that promote weed. i get the whole certificate thing but damn i wouldn't be posting crap all over the internet and trying to sell clothing with a main emphasis on marijuana.

^ step out of 90's and get into the real world, marijuana is becoming legal for medicinal usage. He has a legal prescription for the substance, and therefore he can "publicize" all he wants. If anyone has a problem with that try taking the issue to court and be lauged at.

There is nothing wrong with publicizing responsible use. You may prefer not to be so open, but that doesn't mean it applies to the masses. Let the ballots do the talking.

The main emphasis is not about "Weed". The logo just represents the belief that people have lifestyles that are different than what the "System", Government, or society says is the "right way". I like racing responsibly, tattoos, snowboarding, wake boarding, skateboarding, drinking responsibly, and smoking responsibly. JDM 420 incorporates the philosophy of "Unity Against the System" (aka UAS), what better way to represent change than the leaf so many people love?

The beginning of the revolution of educating the masses of responsible cannabis use has started long ago and many US states are already making changes to their state laws reflecting this.

Alaska | California | Colorado | Hawaii | Maine | Maryland | Montana | Nevada | New Mexico | Oregon | Rhode Island | Vermont | Washington

Michigan and Massachusetts that had propositions proposing medical cannabis this very election just passed as well. The Government has been wrong all along about cannabis, just like how they were wrong about prohibition on responsible alcohol use.

Understanding, knowing the facts, and then making an educated opinion on a subject matter is my philosophy on life.

I got you bro, im the same way man. Life is about educating and experiencing, learn from both and make responsible decisions.

Bottom line theres to much chit to deal with in life, and if one can relieve stress in a responsible manor why not?

wow. yall both took that to the extremes. i'm not saying anything about the court and i know it's becoming legal in certain states, but that's not ALL states. and people shouldn't be on the internet talking about illegal activities is my main point. especially since i know ALL of you don't have a medical certificate. i don't care whether yall smoke weed or not. i'm just surprised nobody has said anything about it. goodness if this were a "street racing" thread all hell would've broke lose.

Falling back on the argument of the legality of cannabis use is contradictory if you truly do not care. The profitability behind keeping marijuana illegal is fact. "Certain states" have not adopted legalizing responsible cannabis use for this very reason. Legal use of cannabis in ALL of the US is what we are fighting for.

I believe society has a whole has a negative view on street racing because the action of doing so leads to fatalities in many cases. The ethical dilemma of street racing and the connection it has with death is an easy choice. Marijuana has never killed anybody:
